1. Services Provided Societal Credit Solutions provides credit education, coaching, and assistance with identifying inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information on your credit report. Services may include:

• Credit report review

• Identification of disputable items

• Preparation of dispute letters

• Credit education and budgeting guidance

• Ongoing credit progress consultations

We do not guarantee any specific results, credit score increases, or item deletions.

2. No Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice. Our services are educational in nature. We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or any service requiring professional licensing.

3. Client Responsibilities. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Upload required documents promptly

• Maintain monthly payments (if applicable)

• Not engage in fraud or misrepresentation

• Communicate respectfully and professionally

Failure to cooperate may delay or impact your results.

4. Credit Bureau and Creditor Disputes. We assist in preparing documents and identifying inaccuracies. You understand that:

• Credit bureaus and creditors may take up to 30–45 days to respond

• Results vary per bureau

• Some items may remain or reappear due to reinvestigation

5. No Guarantees or Promises. While we strive to help you improve your credit profile, we cannot guarantee:

• Specific score increases

• That any item will be removed

• Approval for loans, credit cards, or financing

6. Payment Terms. You agree to pay all fees associated with the services selected. Fees may include:

• Credit Report fee

• Monthly service fees

• Modified service fees (if applicable)

Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law.

7. Client Cancellation. You may cancel services at any time with written notice. Cancellation does not remove responsibility for past charges already incurred.

8. Company Termination. We reserve the right to terminate services for:

• Fraud or illegal activity

• Harassment or abusive behavior

• Nonpayment

• Violations of these Terms

9. Privacy Policy. We will not sell or share your personal information except as required for:

• Credit repair processes

• Legal compliance

• Payment processing

Any personal data is handled securely.

10. Disclaimers. You acknowledge that:

• Credit repair requires client participation

• Credit improvement takes time

• Results differ based on circumstances

11. Limitation of Liability. Societal Credit Solutions is not responsible for:

• Loss of credit opportunities

• Loan denials

• Score changes outside our control

• Third-party errors (credit bureaus, creditors, etc.)

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid to us in the previous 30 days.

12. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of New York.

13. Amendments. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
